Starting a Morning Routine

It’s not an easy feat when you manage to get your family out of the door in record time. It’s a flurry of backpacks, breakfast, and uniforms in the morning, and it can be a tumultuous start of the day if you haven’t found the rhythm that works for the family.

Taking control of the morning and how it pans out can help you ease into the whole day ahead. Don’t allow yourself to dread mornings, and always look at the positive to help you keep your mood up. When your mornings start with little to no stress, the remaining hours of the day become much easier to handle.
