What courier/s are you using?
Our main logistics partner is J&T Logistics. They provide tracking services on their website. For more details about your parcel status, please visit Track My Parcel

Also, all our products are not to be use on stove tops and over open flames.
Wash and Storage Instructions
- Do not place platinum or gold-painted ceramics in the dishwasher or microwave oven. To clean, use a soft cloth or sponge only.
- Do not use abrasive materials such as scouring pads to clean products.
- Bleaching the product for a long time causes colors to fade.
- When handling ceramics, ensure that your grip is firm to prevent dropping.
- Refrain from washing the product along stainless steel materials to avoid metal stains from damaging the product.
- Do not slide plates over another when storing to avoid scratching the glaze.
- Safely store heavy products in durable shelves and out of children’s reach.
How are the products packaged?
Every Table Matters ceramic is bubble-wrapped or placed in a sturdy box or both. Some products may be packaged in individual boxes, while other items may not.
We avoid sending gift items for parcel delivery since shipping requires boxing the product and placing fragile labels and shipping information, which can damage the special wrapping.
